chore: remove retrieval audit and evidence artifacts - #195

Remove the retrieval audit, plan and campaign files added by PR #193. Restore the previous evidence inventory, validator and inventory tests. Preserve the merged runtime optimization and all manifest regression tests; retain reports and diagrams outside the repository. Signed-off-by: David Chen <530634352@qq.com>

The retrieval optimization shipped with a large measurement packet and audit documents. This cleanup removes those artifacts from the current repository tree while keeping the working code and regression tests.

Reports, raw measurements and diagrams are retained locally; the visual performance summary belongs in perf: reduce knowledge retrieval manifest work with measured evidence #193's discussion.Validation on the post-merge base: 37 manifest/inventory tests passed,
ruff check src tests toolspassed, and the existing evidence checker reports 0 errors / 112 hashes. No tracked references to the removed paths remain. This cleanup changes no runtime behavior and makes no new performance claim.Remote ready/review CI passed on this head. This removes current-tree files; it does not rewrite already-merged history.
