Leak checker: replace leak sanitizer with jemalloc

1. Because the leak sanitizer does not (easily) run on macOS

2. Because GitHub probably updates the nightly compiler every night, and then caching build artifacts becomes moot (as seen on Speedup integration tests #15). jemalloc can be used from stable.
