I recently found out that Zoom alows developers to use a regional URL when invoking the API. They currently have 7 regional URL (Australia, Canada, EU, etc.) in additional the global one which is https://api.zoom.us and which is the only one currently supported by ZoomNet.
There is even an option for "vanity" URLs. I'm guessing these simply redirect to one of the regional URLs or the global URLs, but I'm not sure.
See full list here.
