Add misc phone webhook events

This PR adds the following webhook events:

• phone.ai_call_summary_changed
• phone.conference_started
• phone.device_registration
• phone.emergency_alert
• phone.generic_device_provision
• phone.peering_number_cnam_updated
• phone.peering_number_emergency_address_updated
• number_management.peering_number_cnam_updated
• number_management.peering_number_emergency_address_updated
  (the last two are identical to corresponding 'phone' webhook events, so I decided to add them here as well)

Models:

• individual models for each webhook event (except the last four 'peering number updated' events that have similar structure reflected in PeeringNumberUpdatedEvent)
• new models to cover webhook payloads

Unit tests:

• added unit tests for the new webhook events
• adjusted and aligned property values in affected webhook events json data to simplify checks
