I was attempting to map some of the extension command functions to their core versions. I've been relying on the tag for this in the XML file.
I am working on the GL_EXT_separate_shader_objects extension and realized a lot of the command functions, such as glActiveShaderProgramEXT, glBindProgramPipelineEXT, glCreateShaderProgramvEXT, etc do not encode the <alias>. Some do, such as glProgramParameteriEXT has <alias name="glProgramParameteri"/> but there a handful of them missing.
Just wondering, is this intentional, or is the alias metadata incomplete for GL_EXT_separate_shader_objects? I can open a PR to get them added if there is no objection.
