With my user third party library settings dont get modified when clicking apply and modify settings

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Download my extension (ver 0.7.0) https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/items?itemName=AtomontageInc.vscode-atomontage-lua
2. Open a folder with a file named Sky.lua
3. In dialouge press "apply and modify settings"
4. Settings dont change

Expected behavior
The settings.json should change. This worked in previous version of your extension
