Auto-sorting the Gear Inventory results in a crash

Attempting to auto-sort a full gear inventory results in the crash, the following error is generated:

Update: it really seems to be tied to some item, or the fact the inventory is full, I tried auto-sorting with a few spaces empty and it didn't crash the game.

Alright that's it. It's the inv being full.
