Persist fingerprinted error groups as triageable Issues and track their flare-ups as Incidents, mirroring the existing alerts pattern. Errors were previously a query-time view over StatusCode=Error spans with no persistent identity; this makes them assignable, resolvable, and regression-aware. - Tinybird error_events datasource + MV unwrapping OTel exception events into a cityHash64 FingerprintHash (ServiceName + ExceptionType + top frame) - New pipes (error_issues, error_issue_timeseries, error_issue_sample_traces) wired through the query-engine DSL and PipeQueryDispatcher - D1 schema: error_issues, error_issue_states, error_incidents - ErrorsService: list/get/update/assign/notes + scheduled runTick that upserts issues, opens first_seen/regression incidents, auto-resolves after 30 min of silence - HTTP group /api/errors wired into MapleApi and app.ts - Minutely error tick added to apps/alerting worker - /errors/issues list + $issueId detail routes with status actions, assignee/notes editors, incidents timeline, and sample traces - MCP tools: list_error_issues, update_error_issue, list_error_incidents Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
