Replace Tinybird SQL client with ClickHouse HTTP client

Summary

• Swap raw SQL execution from @tinybirdco/sdk to @clickhouse/client-web while keeping the TinybirdService facade and call sites intact
• Add ClickHouse env support with managed defaults and preserve Tinybird-backed ingest/BYO provisioning paths
• Normalize legacy SQL before execution so existing queries do not double-append FORMAT
• Extend routing coverage for managed config, org overrides, JSONEachRow execution, and format stripping

Testing

• Added and updated unit tests for ClickHouse client selection, SQL routing, OrgId guards, and query normalization
• Ran the focused API service test suite for TinybirdRouting.test.ts
