VSpecialItems is a plugin to access specialized items for players.
Right now there is only one item for use.
/vspecialitems opens a menu where you can drag all special items into your inventory.
Permission: SpecialItems.Command
This item allows players to change the biome they clicked with the item.
The item will get consumed after use.
