aqt can't install Qt 6.11.0 #163

As already known, there is this aqt bug that Holt fixed for 6.7.3. But the fix is only for that specific version.

To make it work with 6.11.0 (and other versions), I installed the current github egg from the official repo.
pip install git+https://github.com/miurahr/aqtinstall.git#egg=aqtinstall

With that dev version, the install command works flawlessly.
