Add Installer for Mod Files that Require no Unzipping #2386

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Many Games support mods in formats that are already packed similar to zip files. Think Unreal Engine .pak and more.
These files are often offered like that as download on sites outside the Nexus ecosystem.
To support these kind of installs an additional installer is required.

Include the installer that has been created for this Task.

Describe alternatives you've considered
MO2 could be changed to accommodate this without an installer plugin but as different file types may appear occasionally a modular approach likely is better.
