EXE and RAR files can't be uploaded here, so I renamed strata-vision.exe to strata-vision.jpg. Download it, rename the extension to .rar, and extract it to get the exe.

Thanks dude, this seems like its a continuation from #1299 .
@Niko1221 you said to ping you if this is still a problem in 0.1.44 - it still is.
Here is another fix that doesn't require anything new and a small code change to make vision work on windows.
PLEASE can we just get this added without the extra steps?

Who knows what the official maintainers are busy with. I just spent my spare time at work on this and got it working — that's good enough for me.

Thanks for taking the time to report this.
We're resetting the tracker for 0.2.0-beta. There are more than 1,300 open issues and pull requests, too many for us to read properly, so we're closing everything that isn't being worked on right now. Closed here does not mean rejected.
To reopen it takes about two minutes:
/reopen. A check runs and either reopens the issue or lists what is still missing.The rules are in CONTRIBUTING.md.
