Thanks, fixed in v0.1.9. --host 0.0.0.0 did bind, but nothing in the normal flow could set it (the run scripts and setup always started on 127.0.0.1), and the server then printed http://0.0.0.0:8080, which you can't open from another device.

    Now:

    • START-HERE.bat --setup --host 0.0.0.0 --api-key <secret>, or add "host": "0.0.0.0" and "api_key": "..." to your strata-<model>.json.
    • The server window prints the address to use from other devices (from other devices: http://192.168.x.x:8080/, API at .../v1).
    • It warns if there's no API key (then anyone on your network can use it).
    • On Windows, the firewall still blocks it until you allow it. Accept the prompt for Python on a private network, or run this in an admin PowerShell (the server prints it too):
New-NetFirewallRule -DisplayName "Strata 8080" -Direction Inbound -Protocol TCP -LocalPort 8080 -Action Allow -Profile Private

Tested here through the PC's LAN address. I couldn't test from a second machine, so reopen this if it still doesn't connect.
