Adds one macOS arm64 build check for the same pinned, patched netcoredbg source used by release. The check builds it once and executes --version; it introduces no macOS VSIX matrix or duplicate product tests. The regression test was committed failing first, then passed after the CI job was added. Local macOS source build and VSIX packaging completed; compiler deprecation warnings are non-fatal.
