thanks for the new strings to translate :)

In the app, I translated the strings of the prefix rebuild window and fixed the Winetricks ones (I was too literal when translating "verbs", and the sentences weren't very clear in Italian).
In Steam's Compatibility panel, I also translated the strings of the "Rebuild Prefix" row and shortened the Italian label for MetalFX Upscaling: it was too long and wrapped onto 2 lines.
On the "Default Compatibility Settings" page, the strings that stayed in English in 1.2.1 are now in Italian too.

Will merge. An entirely new Winetricks UI is maybe two hours away from being ready to push to main, that should be the end (for now) of anything new that needs translation for at least a little while 😆 .

No worries! I resolved the conflict. The Winetricks strings I had fixed are gone with the new UI, so the PR now only has the prefix rebuild texts, the defaults page and the MetalFX label.
