Cuts v1.37.0. Minor rather than patch because
--outputis a new flag.Six fixes, one of them live in 1.36.1 and giving wrong advice: a finding with a confirmed fix version could be reported as having no safe upgrade and the package called possibly unmaintained, in the same scan that named the fix.
The accuracy sweep was run as a pre-release gate against this build: CopilotKit, 4,882 lockfile packages, OSV reports 94 vulnerable, we report 94, zero missed, zero extra, and no advisory-id disagreement inside any finding.
