Map rotation feature is broken

Flutter_map supports rotating the map in web view using keyboard and mouse, see here - fleaflet/flutter_map#1511

This feature is broken with TappablePolylineLayer - the polyline layer is not rotated correctly. At the same time it works fine with the default PolylineLayer. It's reproducible with the example in this repo - on MacOS you can click the map with mouse or trackpad, then press Ctrl button and then drag the mouse/trackpad to rotate the map.

I see this seems to be a duplicate of #61 but the fix PR is still open - #62

@HugoHeneault could you please merge that PR and publish a new release? I've checked that it indeed solves the issue.
