Automated nightly regeneration of tend's workflow files via uvx tend@latest init.

tend version: 0.1.10 → 0.1.11

Notable changes:

• tend-mention self-loop guard — the mention workflow now skips a no-op session on the bot's own comments before the mention check, rather than spinning up a handle job that exits silently (fix(mention): skip no-op tend-mention session on bot's own comments max-sixty/tend#751).
• Actionable bot self-reviews get a response — a review the review workflow leaves on the bot's own PR is now actioned (reviewer role) instead of always self-loop-exiting; plain approvals and empty reviews still exit silently (fix: respond to actionable bot self-reviews instead of self-loop-exiting max-sixty/tend#762).
• Sandbox levers — new adopter controls to reach inside the Claude-family sandbox, and the sandbox PATH is now derived from the runner's PATH (feat(sandbox): adopter levers to reach inside the Claude-family sandbox (closes #766) max-sixty/tend#768, fix(sandbox): derive the sandbox PATH from the runner's PATH max-sixty/tend#767).

The workflow-file diff itself is mechanical action-ref bumps (max-sixty/tend/claude@0.1.10 → @0.1.11) plus the regenerated tend-mention self-loop guard body.
