feat(metrics): chart one line per series by default with operation chips

Problem

People opening a metric in the metrics viewer got an aggregation they did not choose. The builder picked sum, avg, p95 or increase from the metric type. Dev data showed why this fails: remote write carries no metric type, so a counter can arrive typed as a gauge and get the wrong default. The type tag and the explore tab added more surface that depended on that type.

Changes

• The viewer shows one line per series by default, up to 100 series (most recently active first). An info banner tells people when the cap applies.
• A clause now has operations, like a PromQL builder. A range function (Rate, Increase) runs on each series. An aggregation (Sum, Average, Series count, Min, Max, p95) combines series. Group by shows only when an aggregation is set.
• Operations show as chips. Click a chip to change it, use the x to remove it, or use "Operation" to add one.
• The metric type no longer shows in the picker or the starter dashboard. The type is still kept as a hidden pin, so heatmaps and same-name metrics of different types keep working.
• The explore tab and its catalog logic are removed. ?activeTab=explore falls back to the default tab.
• Backend: aggregation=none returns raw series, with an optional rangeFunction of rate or increase. rate plus sum equals the old rate. The REST default stays sum, so the frontend sends none explicitly.
• Old saved insights and links that use aggregation=rate|increase still open. They read as the range function plus sum.
• A query now has at most 500 time buckets (was 10,000). A finer interval is coarsened. This bounds the points that raw mode builds when it zero-fills each series onto the shared grid. A cap on series times grid size is not added yet.
• Mechanical: regenerated schema, API types and MCP types.

How did you test this code?

• products/metrics/backend tests: all pass, with new cases for raw mode, the series cap and range functions.
• Jest for products/metrics/frontend: all 18 files pass. typescript:check is clean and pnpm fix was run.
• Rendered the new operations control in Storybook with headless Chromium and checked the empty state and the open menu. A scratch story did that, and it is not in this PR.
• Ran the full viewer in headless Chromium against a local dev stack with invented metrics data: one line per series with the cap banner, adding and removing Rate and Sum chips, group by, and a narrow width. The Metrics tab list has no explore tab.

Test rationale: The new tests cover distinct regressions: no default aggregation on metric select, legacy rate links and saved queries still restoring, range-function-only queries, and the raw series cap. The closest existing tests are in metricsViewerLogic.test.ts, metricsSceneLogic.test.ts and test_metric_query_runner.py, and they were updated in place.

The eager set is the entry plus everything statically imported from it — fetched before any feature runs; deferred chunks load lazily. The eager guardrail is 5.72 MiB. Each output file must also stay below 10 MB, where CloudFront stops compressing it. The module boundary is enforced separately by check-toolbar-graph.
