Add rotation offset to Animation clips #420

Open

Description

@AbdallahFH

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Sometimes you need to offset the animation rotation, so the animation stays fixed with the actual character

Describe the solution you'd like
Add a vector 3 offset in Deg in the animation clip properties just like unity

Here is a video showing the problem (using code to control animations, I like it this way :), so maybe it's good idea to make the Animator.CrossFade work even when there is a graph attached to the Animator?)

    i honestly dont even know if the animation component works xD
    It was tested once, then abandoned for Motion the library i made in Preview 5 which i believe is still missing this functionality, so i'll have to add it into motion once i finish the graphite stuff.

    I tested it, it works, in the video I attached I used crossfade to transition form idle-walk-run, and attack, the idle,walk,run animations are from https://mesh2motion.org/, the attack animation is a unity asset I own, the only issue is that the attack animation is turned -90 Deg, this can be fixed in blender or something, but it will be much better if you can just fix it inside the engine
    other than that I tested the graph and found a bug in the time advance(speed?) it should be easy fix but I don't know, 416

    and last thing I hope it get fixed is that you can't use crossfade in a script while you use the animation graph
