cURL error SSL connection timeout: 28

After updating from a september 2023 installation to latest master, I kept getting a cURL error in Marktplaatsbridge.

It seems like this is caused by using HTTP/2 without curl-impersonate or BoringSSL.
Manually changing to HTTP/1.1 and uncommenting the useragent line in config seems to have partially solved the error.
The error is on and off though so I'm still a bit clueless as to what's causing this.
