While using the new SwiftUI features with CareKit and attempting to persist surveys and related types to
OCKTask's, I had to update some types.These changes make it easier to reuse/persist surveys and answers across app launches/devices. I show an example of how this is used here: netreconlab/CareKitEssentials#41
