Follow-up for tinyhumansai#2261.
Changes:

• Adds persist-credentials: false to remaining checkout steps in .github/workflows/pr-ci.yml.
• Replaces remaining openhuman_ci:latest job images with rust-1.93.0.
• Narrows two Playwright harness assertions to agent-message-text to avoid strict-mode matches against duplicated debug text.
• Validation:

• corepack pnpm --filter openhuman-app rust:check
• Equivalent lint:commands-tokens check under Git Bash
• Note: direct push to the source branch still returns 403 for Felyx-Fu.
