i18n is set up in two apps (apps/scan and apps/chain-landing) but the remaining apps don't have localization yet: faucet, dex, airdrop, coinblast, landing, register, solux, validators-portal.
Extending the same i18n setup (next-intl routing + message catalogs) to these apps is a good contributor track — one app per PR. apps/scan is a clean reference to copy from.
