   @earlduque, you'll need to give someone "app manager" privs or make an app yourself. https://docs.github.com/en/organizations/managing-programmatic-access-to-your-organization/adding-and-removing-github-app-managers-in-your-organization

   or we'd need to create an account for slacker? but that feels a lil sketch.
