Some issues that i find in Part1 analysis code

Hi.I find some issues that they make problems in your analysing.
for Part1

1- you can't use pearson corrolation in categorcal data.
2-using kmean or even hierarchical clustring that using euclidean distance for clustring for this dataset that have mix numeric and categorical data incorrect.
