Description
Some way to creates lists of featured mods
Questions: who should pick features? Do we want to have one featured list, chosen by a committee? Should different discords or individuals be able to curate their own lists? Should there be a UI for any user to make their own mod lists?
If any user can create a list, possibly have a feature where a list could be marked as a "modpack", and all mods on the list can be downloaded in one click

After some more thought, modpacks might be too complicated, as the user may expect to have that same organization when it comes to viewing their installed mods, or uninstalling, which is a whole lot more complicated since you have to account for any mods that may have been added/removed from the list, whether the user already had some of the mods installed...
So it may be best to keep this simple, and just have a list where the users can pick which ones they want to download individually
