Update HLTB for Steam

Updates the HLTB for Steam plugin submodule to v2.2.0.

Changes

• Restores HLTB completion-time lookups after HLTB moved its search API to the multi-segment /api/search/site route.
• Improves resilience to future endpoint rotations by discovering matching search and initialization routes from the Next.js build manifest, with JavaScript chunk scanning as a fallback.
• Maintains compatibility with legacy single-segment HLTB search endpoints.

Validation

• Production build passed.
• Full Lua test suite passed: 140 successes, 0 failures, 0 errors.
• GitHub release workflow completed successfully.
