Layer Sidebar: Hide/Show toggle when hovering layer on Mac #1273

Having a hide/show toggle appear when hovering over a layer in the sidebar is pretty common in interface design and prototyping tools. When a layer is hidden, the toggle usually stays visible, making it clear that the layer is hidden even at a quick glance.

This concept does not make much sense on iPad though and should only be available on Mac.
