Add owner-authorized, versioned and idempotent task creation/edit/status commands. Connect project Work and direct task URLs; expose cancelled history and separate internal target dates from agreed deadlines. Manual work does not spend revision allowance.
Validation: TypeScript and all 51 automation transaction tests pass, including task replay, stale writes and owner isolation.
