Color-change requests could exhaust all three attempts because Gemini supplied a descriptive locator that validation rejected; review-only policies also mixed interpretation with operation permissions. Normalize harmless color locators, clarify operation-specific model output, and keep permission checks in the transactional domain. Specific safe diagnostics now explain why processing failed and that the original message was routed for owner review.
Failed verified messages retain approvable request records, including the two existing live failures repaired by migration 011. Owners can edit a task title, approve work with revision accounting and a queued confirmation, or delete a review from Needs Attention while preserving source/audit history. Owner authorization, project locks, idempotency and tenant isolation remain enforced in Supabase functions. The list updates after a successful backend save.
The Photon demo command now uses the durable project facilitator instead of a separate chatbot. Client status questions can use saved request states as well as task statuses. Requested remaining work is documented, not implemented, in docs/Automation_Remaining_Todos.md.
Validation: 136 existing tests, 23 automation database tests, 30 assistant tests, six browser checks, typecheck, ESLint and production build passed. Both previously failed messages now pass live Gemini interpretation without creating tasks or sending replay replies. Applied the migration to configured Supabase, repaired both review links and restarted the live worker after explicit user approval. Current activated policies remain manual approval.
