   Do as it says in the app.config file - make your own.
   You have to make your own myAppSettings.config file as this holds private information.

   <appSettings>
     <add key="Netatmo.ClientId" value="xxx" />
     <add key="Netatmo.ClientSecret" value="yyy" />
     <add key="Netatmo.UserName" value="zzz" />
     <add key="Netatmo.Password" value="uuu" />
