Adds a privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics beacon driven by a PUBLIC_CF_BEACON_TOKEN build-time env var, wired through CD as a repo secret. GA was never implemented in this Astro rebuild (only present on the current WordPress site), so no GA code needed removal. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
Cloudflare Web Analytics onboarding was blocked by a persistent server-side 401 in Cloudflare's dashboard, so switching to Plausible instead. Fixes a markup bug from pasting the Plausible snippet inside the Alpine.js script tag (it was being swallowed as inert text rather than executing), and drops the now-unused PUBLIC_CF_BEACON_TOKEN plumbing from CD and .env.example.
