DevOps-minded engineer in Ghent, Belgium systems administration background, now building and running my own platform end to end: infrastructure as code, CI/CD from commit to blue/green production, and the applications that run on it.

I don't just write pipelines. I also write what flows through them.

• applim.com a privacy-first job-application tracker I design, build and operate. Blazor Server + browser-side SQLite (your board never touches my server), an AI summary pipeline over OpenRouter, Redis vector search, and an MCP server with OAuth 2.1 so AI agents can work the board.
• Infrastructure platform (repo public soon) two k3s clusters on Hetzner Cloud via Terraform, all ingress through Cloudflare Tunnel (zero open inbound ports), Zero Trust Access, Argo Rollouts blue/green deploys, R2-backed state and continuous SQLite backups with Litestream. CI plans on every push; applies stay deliberate and manual.

• Infrastructure is code, reviewed and planned before it is applied CI proves a change plans cleanly, a person runs it.
• Security by architecture: no open inbound ports, secrets never in git, least-privilege tokens minted by Terraform.
• Every non-trivial change lands with its test, and the pipeline that ships it smoke-tests the artifact it built.
