Replace the one-at-a-time upload path with bounded parallelism (configurable concurrency — not unbounded), keeping per-message error handling so a single bad record doesn't fail or obscure the rest of the batch.

Acceptance

  • Configurable concurrency limit (sane default)
  • Per-message success/error results surfaced to the caller
  • Tests for partial failure + backpressure
