All packages have been moved to the Releases section. Only the documentation and patch files will continue to be stored within the repository.
The reason for this change is that Python 3.15 will contain a file whose size exceeds 100MB, which is the size limit for a single file stored in a GitHub repository. The Releases section has a much higher file size limit.
