remove_diskswithout gating on CC being idle/rolled-out, racing an in-flight rebalance or CC pod rollout and causing a permanent "Invalid log dirs" rejection (30m timeout). Applies the same gate already used in broker removal (#291).🤖 Generated with Claude Code
