TEA’s 2024 REF dictionaries include a Length heading that the strict parser previously rejected. The existing occurrence and column-record contracts now retain it separately as literal publisher_length, while preserving the old serialized shape when no length is supplied. Known length conflicts and contradictory field metadata fail validation; length does not imply a scientific unit or a CSV value-width limit.

Adds two exact public-source HTML fixtures and includes them in source distributions. Existing partial-definition, duplicate-heading, source-anchor and detached-projection contracts remain intact. Builds on #51.

Validation:

  • Python 3.14.10 and 3.15.2 locked local checks: 959 passed, one optional external PostgreSQL check skipped and one expected optional-dependency warning on each interpreter; Ruff, typing and dependency checks passed.
  • Matching explicit receipt verification and the normal pre-push check passed for the committed revision.
  • Independent adversarial review passed after correcting the missing source-distribution fixtures; the packaging probe selects exactly those two added files.
  • Retained 2024 REF dictionary HTML parses into 22 campus and 12 district occurrences with literal lengths preserved.

Source-family registration, scientific interpretation, data publication and app adoption remain separate work.
