Adds explicit 2024 campus and district source profiles for the publisher’s Annual and Longitudinal RHSP/DAP/FHSP-E/FHSP-DLA/Texas First-DLA downloads. One canonical crosswalk retains all 712 physical columns, exact code/label/Python-name mappings, and 828 ordered dictionary occurrences. Original acquisition receipts and annual glossary/masking references remain linked; undocumented fields and dictionary-only codes remain explicit.

These are opt-in raw-string sources. Field reference periods, units, masking applicability, and scientific comparability remain unqualified; normalization and app adoption have separate gates.

Validation on cd83718: canonical local checks pass on Python 3.14.10 and 3.15.2, each with 1,172 tests passed, one optional PostgreSQL skip, and one expected optional-import warning. Ruff, ty, and deptry pass, both exact receipts were verified, and independent adversarial review of the committed diff is clear.

Actual source qualification exhausted all four files: 9,082 campus rows and 1,207 district rows per family. The canonical bounded producer verified every row and column through lossless Parquet readback, retaining the real dictionary-processing lineage. The four prepared tables total 1,994,331 bytes versus 6,102,896 bytes of source CSV; crosswalk, provenance, and archived-original storage are separate.
