Load CLAUDE.md (Claude Code's rules) and AGENTS.md as instructions #7
Description
Problem. AgentMux writes the agent's soul, memory, Global Memory and skills index into CLAUDE.md (or .claude/AGENTMUX_MEMORY.md via @import when the user owns CLAUDE.md). Mux Code never reads it.
Do. Follow Claude Code: ~/.claude/CLAUDE.md, then CLAUDE.md or .claude/CLAUDE.md in each directory from the repo root down to the cwd, each followed by CLAUDE.local.md, concatenated root-first; .claude/rules/*.md (optional paths: globs); @path imports relative to the importing file, max 4 levels. Send as the first user message so the system prompt stays cache-stable. Also read AGENTS.md alongside (AgentMux always writes a CLAUDE.md, so Claude's "AGENTS.md only if no CLAUDE.md" default would skip it). Cap the total (~32 KiB).
Done when an instruction placed in an AgentMux agent's CLAUDE.md is followed.
