docs: rename Our Tools to Toolbox, add an MCP quickstart

Three changes to docs/quickstart/our-tools.md, as requested.

Rename. "Our Tools" → Toolbox in the H1, the opening line and the SUMMARY entry. The filename and URL are unchanged (quickstart/our-tools.md) — the page is hidden: true, so renaming the file to toolbox.md would be safe URL-wise too; say the word and I'll do it.

AI → LLM. "ready-made actions your AI can use" → "your LLM can use". That was the only bare "AI" on the page; the four "AI/ML API" mentions are the product name and were left alone.

New "Quickstart: MCP" section, placed right after "Ways to use them":

• the one-line install, tabbed for Claude Code / Cursor / Claude Desktop
• claude mcp add --transport http --scope user aimlapi https://mcp.aimlapi.com/mcp, then /mcp → aimlapi → Authenticate
• what --scope user changes, and why not to pass --header
• what you get afterwards: the tools_search → tools_inspect → tools_run → tools_run_status flow, a worked example prompt, and the note that only the run is billed

"In MCP clients" was renamed to "The four MCP tools" and now links up to the quickstart instead of repeating the setup.

⚠️ Conflicts with #590. That PR edits the same opening paragraph (line 12), so one of the two will need a rebase. #590 is the substantive one (tool_blocked, "Which tools are available"); this one is cosmetic plus a new section, so it is probably easier to merge #590 first and rebase this on top.

⚠️ Nothing here is verified against a live service. While writing this I checked, and the Toolbox backend is not up yet:

• https://tools.aimlapi.com/ → 404 on every path, including the root, with and without auth
• mcp.aimlapi.com/mcp serves 15 tools (ping, account_balance, models_*, llm_chat, image_generate, job_status, …) and none of the four tools_*; calling tools_search returns MCP error -32602: Tool tools_search not found

So the section I added describes the intended behaviour, consistent with the rest of the page, which documents the same unreleased feature. Worth re-checking the exact tool names and the /v1/tools/* paths against the implementation before this page is unhidden.
