Summary

• add a patch-style API for changing a durable subagent conversation's model and/or thinking level
• persist configuration changes and serialize model transitions against task admission, claims, dismissal, and owner deletion
• expose subagent-specific model and thinking controls in the TUI and macOS app without changing the main-session controls
• regenerate the OpenAPI and Swift clients and document the configuration behavior
• load settled child transcripts directly from their durable store so archived conversations do not depend on their original runtime bundle or working directory
• encode empty transcript content as [] to preserve the OpenAPI contract for strict Swift decoding

Behavior

• thinking changes may be applied while work is active; the in-flight request remains unchanged and the next request uses the new value
• model changes require no active or queued work
• model transitions assess and compact durable child context when necessary before committing the authoritative configuration
• active runtime application failures stop the worker and return the committed configuration with a warning
• concurrent accepted patches are server-serialized; the last accepted same-field write wins
