Summary

Add complete Polish (pl) localization to the OpenResearch UI.

Closes #625.

Changes

Add ui/messages/pl.json with 1,288 translated messages, matching every English catalog key and preserving named interpolation placeholders.
Register Polish in ui/project.inlang/settings.json.
Add Polski to the language selector in Settings → Appearance.
Include pl in early browser/system language detection (pl-PL resolves to pl), keeping the saved language preference behavior.
Regenerate the embedded production UI assets in ui/dist, as required by the repository's contribution guidelines.

Verification

The fork's GitHub Actions run completed successfully:

pnpm lint:i18n — catalog completeness and placeholder validation
Paraglide message generation
pnpm test — UI unit tests
pnpm build — TypeScript checks and Vite production build
Windows release executable and installer built on a Windows runner
Manual Windows app launch and Polish interface visual review — verified by the contributor; the application and localization work correctly.

Only Polish localization sources and their regenerated UI bundle are included in the final diff.

Happy to incorporate feedback on Polish terminology or phrasing.

Final revision verification

Corrected the Slurm duration examples (4h, 30m), Polish count/case grammar and technical wording, demo attribution, and the storage-move warning. Embedded assets were rebuilt.

Four independent static reviewers: no blockers after fixes; remaining copy nits corrected.
pnpm build, catalog validation, typecheck, all 255 UI tests, style/dev-slot/chart/release-note checks.
Rust formatting, clippy, locked build and locked tests; source build reports the development channel.
Codex in-app browser: language switching and saved preference after reload, corrected Slurm examples save successfully, translated demo workspace/tour and narrow layout.
Final-revision Windows packaging and Windows hands-on verification (the contributor's earlier Windows checks cover the original revision).

Screenshots: Polish settings, Slurm save, narrow demo tour. Video capture is unavailable.
