What does this PR do?
Documents how to connect Poolside Platform and configure an organization Poolside deployment. Poolside is already registered in models.dev, so the hosted setup uses the built-in provider while deployments use a separate custom provider ID and endpoint.
How did you verify your code works?
The web build could not run because Bun and the Astro dependencies are unavailable in the local environment.
