Task SDK does not support extra links yet, we need this in order to have extra_links working with mapped operator.

This was discovered while #46107

It's not just mapped operators -- it's all operators :) This is a known issue in our backlog AIP-72 - Task Execution Interface and SDK (view) -- since that is only a draft issue/note I'll put this in the project in it's place.
