What happened
Hello, since default handlers for sql hooks have moved in a separate module (#43747). My fix for issue #32993 doesn't work anymore.
What you think should happen instead
fetch_all_handler should be imported from airflow.providers.common.sql.hooks.handlers in vertica hook, instead if someone has a better idea to create a more robust way to replace default handlers for vertica.
How to reproduce
you can retry the steps of the original issue or just add traces in vertica hook to see that the change of handler is not made anymore
