Checked all things in source and looks good.

    As via devlist:
+1 (binding) - Checked SVN, Check in Docker, Reproducible package build, Licenses, Signatures

Tested as usual with the integration_test.py Dag the Edge Executor, in Airflow 3.1.5 and 3.0.6 - almost all good.

Found a UI Glitch in Fab, seems a field validation in user creation is broken, unsure if it is with exactly this Fab version or where introduced. See #59963 for more details. Not sure whether this blocks release, for me it is a minor as correctly filling the form makes it working.

    IMHO - not blocking.

Tested PR #59160 using apache-airflow-providers-cncf-kubernetes==10.12.0rc1, and I can confirm that the new cleanup mode ('delete_active_pod') is working as intended with no regressions.

My change: #59745 was mainly around fixing a circular import for airflow 2, it works fine.

Sorry for the delay. I've just verified all my changes, and they are working well with cncf.kubernetes: 10.12.0rc1. :)
