Hmm, can't reproduce that as well anymore. I do see the log lines in the downloaded files, but it looks like the logs are filtered out, but the empty lines stay there. Maybe that was the case from the beginning, and I just did not notice it.
We can resolve this issue, or we can use it to remove this empty lines from downloaded files, to match the UI behavior

What happened?
Downloading logs from the UI downloads empty file whenever any log level filter is chosen.
What you think should happen instead?
The downloaded logs should either respect the filter and download only filtered logs or ignore it completely and always download full logs.
How to reproduce
Try to download logs when log level filter is selected.
