A packaged Dag named *.ZIP cannot be read back #74060
Description
Dag discovery accepts a packaged Dag whose name ends in .ZIP (the suffix check ignores letter case), but ZIP_REGEX in airflow-core/src/airflow/utils/file.py only matches a lowercase .zip path segment. So correct_maybe_zipped and open_maybe_zipped do not treat reports.ZIP/dag.py as a path inside an archive: reading the Dag's source back (for example DagCode) fails with NotADirectoryError. Either match the suffix case-insensitively or list only lowercase .zip.
